Yang Style 10-Step Form
This is a great introduction to Tai Chi. The set of movements is relatively short, and the good thing about it is that nearly all the movements are done to both left and right sides. In other words, not only is the ‘Form’ (set of movements) well balanced, it means that whilst learning it you are able to practise the same movements with the opposite arms and legs – something that doesn’t happen in many Forms.
The course lasts for 14 weeks, and you will be taken move by move from start to finish.
