Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi is an exercise for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Although Tai Chi was initially developed as a martial art, it is more commonly used in the west for its health benefits. It is also often referred to as a form of ‘meditation in motion’ as it promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.

Qigong is a unique exercise for increasing energy levels and improving your health, assisting the development of muscle tone, good posture, and strengthening the immune system.

Integrating numerous physical postures and special breathing techniques, qigong heals the mind and body.

Both Tai Chi and Qigong help with:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Relaxation, calmness and confidence
  • Balance and coordination.
  • Physical fitness, flexibility and mobility of the joints
  • Strengthening the immune system and decreasing inflamation
  • Decreasing tension and depression
  • Increasing mindfulness and relaxation
  • Muscle tone and good posture.
